This
is what "empowerment" is about. This
needs a little explaining:
We
know that the electrical power in our homes and businesses
comes from power companies. They are the source
of the electrical energy that enables us to operate our
machines, lights, TV's and so much more. The electricity
they provide us 'EMPOWERS" our equipment, it energizes
it, brings it to "life" so that the equipment
may serve us.
People like you
and me, like the electric companies, are also sources of
power; we are "personal power sources." As personal
power sources we have the ability to distribute, to energize,
to "empower" others with our personal power. How
is this done? We do it with words. Words of
encouragement inspire, embolden and energize others. It
makes them feel better about themselves; stronger, happier,
more energetic, enabled.
The opposite side
of empowerment is this: a person can also use this personal
power to dis-empower, discourage, forbid, prohibit,
personally criticize, and weaken others.
My personal inner
experience is this: The more I "give away"
my personal power to others, in a positive way,
the happier and stronger I am. Unlike the power companies,
we do not require any particular fuels other than food, and
all of our personal power is self-replenishing, self-replacing. Teaching
others to fish is far more enabling and empowering than just
giving them fish. Sometimes giving is vital, essential,
but teaching enables and energizes self-reliance and is a gift
that is self-replenishing.
I have private
clients who pay me handsomely to "sell them fish";
to do the website promotion work for their websites. On
a monthly basis they pay me far more than the cost of a
single copy of my "WebMaster's
Guide to Relevance" Typically
they are so busy running their businesses that they just
cannot take or make the time to learn how to do it themselves. These
folks, themselves, are strong power sources in the business
world. My best bet is that this also true in their
personal lives.
It
is important to me to express my appreciation to my
Maker for
the many
Blessings and miracles He continues
to shower on me every day of my life. At this
point in my life my appreciation is being expressed
by helping total strangers to be more successful in
their lives and businesses.

no modesty, is in the GIVING. I have learned, after
years of doubt, that it really is

to give
than receive.
Here
I am promoting and selling my Guide to relevance. I

and web pages, the results are Highly Rewarded by
the search engines. The rewards take the form
of very high listings leading to strong traffic and
strong sales.

relevance is the easiest of all languages to
learn. Learning relevance is especially easy due to
the "maps", the lessons, explanations, and examples
provided in my guide. Like riding a bicycle it gets
easier and easier, and before long it is easy and very "ordinary"
for you. Writing my own web pages is like ordinary
bicycle riding for me. The pages are all very relevant
because I have become "fluent" in relevance, it
is my natural language now.
